"दरवळ" means the gentle spread of fragrance — and that's exactly what we bring to your home. Every candle is hand-poured in small batches using quality wax and fine fragrances.
From elegant candle bouquets and festive hampers to fully personalised designs, each piece is crafted to make your moments memorable.

Clear and simple — how we handle orders, delivery, refunds and your data
We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation, and delivery is typically completed within 6 days of placing the order (up to 10 days for larger orders of more than 15 pieces, since every candle is handcrafted).
Delivery charges by location: Mumbai ₹55 · Thane district (Thane, Dombivli, Kalyan, Badlapur, Karjat…) ₹100 · rest of India ₹200 by courier with a minimum order value of ₹250 and 50% advance payment. Self pickup is always free.
Delivery timelines for customized and bulk orders are confirmed individually by our team over phone/email. Payment options: Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI/online payment.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing them, or any time before dispatch, by contacting us at darvaltouch@gmail.com or on the phone number shared in your order confirmation.
If your candles arrive damaged, please share photos of the package and products within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a replacement, or a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Customized products cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun, except in case of damage during transit.
All products sold on this website are handcrafted by दरवळ. As every candle is handmade, minor variations in colour, shape and finish are natural and part of their charm.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Orders are confirmed by our team via phone or email after they are placed. For UPI/online payments, your order is confirmed once payment is verified; for COD, payment is collected at delivery.

We collect your name, phone number, email and delivery address only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it.
We never sell or share your personal information with third parties, except delivery partners who need your address to deliver your order. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store any card or banking details.

A quick note about our cancellation policy
Free cancellation within 24 hours. You can cancel your order by calling us within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, any amount already paid will not be refunded.
COD cancellations after 24 hours. If a Cash-on-Delivery order is cancelled after 24 hours, the customer will still need to pay the delivery charges (₹55–₹200 as per location).
